A Salman Khan launch!!! What more would you dream of? Salman Khan’s brother-in-law, Aayush Sharma will mark his entry in Bollywood through ‘Loveratri’ opposite Warina Hussain. ‘Loveratri’, a Salman Khan Film, is slated for a release on 21st September 2018. Aayush looks undoubtedly charming and the first look of the film appears quite promising as well. Now let’s look forward and see if his charm conquers the audience’s mind.
Banita marks her Bollywood debut opposite Varun Dhawan in the film ‘October’. The film is directed by Shoojit Sircar and going by the look of the trailer, this could be a pleasant entry for the actress. Banita will be featuring opposite Varun who is one of the most popular actors of the younger generation. Produced by Ronnie Lahiri and written by Juhi Chaturvedi, from ‘Piku’ and ‘Vicky Donor’ fame, we have to watch and find out if Banita will go a ‘long way’ in the film industry.
Karan Johar’s ‘Dhadak’ marks the entry of the daughter of late actress Sridevi, who was one of the most beautiful and renowned figures in the film industry in the 80s and 90s. Her popularity extended to Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada films. After her sudde demise, the audiences are highly enthusiastic to see Sridevi’s daughter appear on-screen opposite Ishaan Khatter. Now the question is, will Janhvi manage to create a space in the industry and live up to her expectations?
So another sibling in the run? Ishaan is the younger brother of the very talented Shahid Kapoor. The handsome hunk Shahid, has delivered exceptional performances and has played mind blowing roles in many of his films. However, ‘Dhadak’ won’t be Ishaan’s first film. He made his debut in Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi’s ‘Beyond The Clouds’ and bagged a Best Actor award at the Bosphorus Film Festival in Turkey. The film will be released theatrically in 2018. Now, we have to wait and find out if Ishaan manages to create the same impression on the silver screen.
Sunny Deol will be launching his own son Karan in ‘Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas’. Sunny was one of the most sensational figures of his time and he has been known for his tough yet gentle nature, having played almost all types of roles in the industry. Will Karan live up to the legacy laid down by his father and grandparents and make a stronger foundation of acting genes? Only after the release the film will we decide that.
Mouni Roy is one of the most popular actors in the small screen and is most revered for her role as Sati in Life Ok. She is all set to debut in her Bollywood film through ‘Gold’. The upcoming Indian sports drama film is directed by Reema Kagti and stars Akshay Kumar along with Kunal Kapoor, Vineet Kumar Singh, Mouni Roy, Amit Sadh and Sunny Kaushal. The film looks quite promising and is slated for a release in 15 August 2018.
Palak Tiwari is the daughter of Shweta Tiwari who has played various roles in small as well as the big screen. She will mark her debut in the film titled ‘Quickie’ opposite Darsheel Safary of ‘Taare Zameen Par’ fame. Shweta is one of the most beautiful women that featured in the small screen and has a humongous fan following. Her daughter Palak, has been outstanding academically and her film ‘Quickie’ will decide if she’s an achiever on the screen as well.
‘Baazaar’ will mark the entry of Rohan Mehra, son of late actor Vinod Mehra, with Saif Ali Khan and Chitrangana. Besides his charismatic looks, Rohan looks promising and apt for the B-town world and truly accounts for one of the most awaited debut performances this year. Late Vinod Mehra has appeared in more than a 100 films during his time and is still remembered as one of the most revered actors. Will Rohan be able to do well and act as beautifully as his late father? Comparisons aside, the release of the film would be the answer.
‘Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas’ also marks the entry of a young girl from Himachal Pradesh, Saher who is all set to feature opposite Karan Deol. Saher has been the winner of the Oppo Bombay Times Fresh Face, 2016. She’s the youngest face to debut as the lead actress this year. Will her performance be impactful and mark her stay in Bollywood?
